Following our initial conversation with you, we will formulate the basis of your complaint to your loan provider. We will request that the loan provider issues a reponse to your complaint within the regulatory timescales and if we are not satisfied with their response, we will ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to independently review your complaint to ensure that it has been dealt with fairly.
