What is Occupational Asthma?
Occupational Asthma is a condition which causes the sufferer to encounter
breathing difficulties as a result of their airways narrowing. In
some cases, the asthma can subside over time; however in other cases
a person may need to take medication to treat the Occupational Asthma for the
rest of their lives.
Occupations with the highest risk of suffering from occupational
asthma are shown in the table below.
