Providers are letting policy holders down. The FSA only found 11% of policyholders who claimed against their provider were satisfied with the outcome.

In our opinion however, this standard approach is not enough. Indeed, the FSA found that only 11% of policyholders who complained to their providers were satisfied with the outcome. The common difficulties in 'doing it yourself' is that most people don't know the rules and regulations or terminology providers use - providers can exploit this and in many cases they do.
